The 2010 Special Olympics Ireland Games will take place in Limerick form the 9th – 13th June. Special Olympics Ireland needs to recruit 3,500 volunteers to help run these Games and hopes to have all 3,500 volunteers recruited by the 1st of March. more »

The Community Knowledge Initiative (CKI) is pleased to announce that NUI Galway in collaboration with three EU member universities has been awarded EU Tempus funding for a three year period to work with three universities in Jordan and two in the Lebanon supporting the development of service learning within higher education. more »
